With the reference to the approved Note Vide HMS/DSP/Skilling Program/2025/0354 dated 19^th May 2025 for recruitment of Course Coordinator. The vacancy is hereby announced as below:

The recruitment announcement for Phase III will be published on 2^nd June 2025, with the application deadline set for the 10^th of June 2025. This schedule ensures sufficient time for outreach to potential candidates while allowing a through selection process.

Following the application period, the recruitment process will proceed as follows:

1.11^th June 2025: Screening of applications

2.12^th June 2025: Interviews and final selection

3.13^th June 2025: Issuance of office order and onboarding preparation

Shortlisting Criteria:

1.Minimum Academic Requirement:

ü Class X-Minimum 55% aggregate (English+ best 4 Subject)

ü Class XII-Minimum 55% aggregate (English + best 3 subject)

ü Bachelor’s Degree-Minimum 60%

2.Merit-Bases Shortlisting:

ü If there are more than 20 eligible applicants, a merit rank will be created based on the following weighted aggregate:

a.15 % of class X aggregate

b.25 % of class XII aggregate

c.60 % of bachelor’s degree aggregate

3.Bonus Points for experience:

a.2 years of relevant professional experience: +5 bonus points

b.More than 3 years of relevant professional experience: + 10 bonus points
